The Delivery Lead Time is dependent on the shipping address to which the order is dispatched. Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may cause delays however for which we are not liable. You will also be intimated over email once your merchandise is dispatched.
You may be subject to import duties which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from www.sharbaristudio.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Items available from Sharbari Studio are handcrafted and each piece is created for you individually. The garment is made on order and hence we are constrained to have a policy of cancellation, if the same is initiated more than three (3) days after the advance is paid. In case of initiation of cancelation with 3 days, a transaction charges of 10% will be deducted from the refund.
However, in case of physical damages and fitting issues, if the customer wants to return the garment, we can try and accommodate a replacement. However, in such cases, the return intimation needs to reach us within one (1) day of receipt of the goods. No request of refund shall be accommodated.
